Volunteers for September, 2011
|David Cook, North Shore Vancouver|
David Cook is a guardian of the bear’s natural habitat on Vancouver’s North Shore, and he has volunteered to take charge of the berry survey research for our local Bear Aware program. David has degrees in the sciences, and has assumed many leadership roles in natural history and conservation-related organizations in the Vancouver area. David plans and leads interesting interpretative field trips to enable people to reconnect with nature and regain respect for our natural environment, including an annual hike with our Bear Aware volunteers.
